$100 CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

QUICK COCOA FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa

In a large mixing bowl mix all cake ingredients together until smooth. Pour in a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan.

For Frosting: Put butter, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan. Add milk and bring to boil and boil 1 minute until thick. Pour over cooled cake.
