1 pkg. (box) frozen, chopped spinach, drained
1 box cornbread (Stove Top) stuffing mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. melted butter
6 eggs

Soak flavor packet from stuffing mix in melted butter for 5 minutes. Beat eggs, mix all ingredients together. Make into balls and bake on cookie sheet 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
