POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed 30 min.
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
Potato chips, optional

Mix all of the ingredients above, sprinkle with chips and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
