2 cans (17 oz. each) Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped peanuts (opt.)

Microwave Directions: Place all ingredients except peanuts in microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir in peanuts and serve. 8 servings.
