BISHOPS CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. cut up dates
1 c. halved maraschino cherries
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar

Put flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips, nuts, dates and cherries. Beat together eggs and sugar. Fold into flour and fruit mixture. Pour into greased 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour or until done.
