MEAL IN ONE 
1 lb. ground lean beef
1 med. onion, chopped
Medium size can tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Generous cup green peas
Coarse cracker crumbs on top

Saute beef and onion. Mix all together. Drizzle crumbs with melted butter. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes until flavors blend. Can increase each of these ingredients to fit number you want to serve. The above serves four generously. My family liked this with baked potato and cole slaw.
