RICE MILK PANCAKES 
WET:

2 cups rice milk (plain or vanilla)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tsp. vanilla (if using plain rice milk)

DRY:

1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. malt powder
6 tbsp. ground flaxseed (or use 2 tablespoons oil in the wet ingredients)

Mix together wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.

Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir just enough to combine... don't over stir!

Drop by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle.
