HEALTHY WHOLE-WHEAT BANANA
PANCAKES
 
2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs (healthier = 4 egg whites)
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt (healthier = salt substitute)
2 tbsp. brown sugar (healthier = brown sugar substitute)
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients.

Cook pancakes on 350°F griddle.

Serve with sugar-free syrup.
