CHERRY CREAM PIE 
Baked pie shell
2 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Vanilla
1 c. cherries

Beat egg yolks, mix flour, sugar to yolks, stir in scalded milk. Cook in double boiler 20 minutes. Water must be boiling. Drain cherries, place in shell. Meringue on top.
