CHEESE FILLED MEAT SLICES 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced olive loaf
Chopped parsley

Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth and creamy; add more milk if necessary to make the cheese easy to spread. Spread cheese on all meat slices and stack them up together to make a striped package. Sprinkle the top layer of cheese with parsley. Chill. With a sharp knife cut from the top down in 1/4 inch slices, then cut each slice, again from the top down into 3 narrow slices. Makes about 4 dozen.
