DOT'S WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
2/3 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk (any kind %)
2 tbsp. melted butter

Stir together dry ingredients. In another bowl combine egg, milk and butter. Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until batter is blended, but still slightly lumpy. For each 4 inch pancake, use 1/4 cup batter.

Triple dry ingredients and store mixture. When ready to cook, combine 1 cup. Mix with egg, milk and butter.
