NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2/3 c. water
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 (1 oz. each) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. whipping cream, whipped (1/2 pt.)

Combine butter, crumbs, and sugar; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese and chocolate until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
