APPLE CRISP 
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 stick butter (butter)
Peel enough apples to line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, sliced

Place apples (sliced) on bottom of pan. Mix all dry ingredients together and pour over apples. Melt butter and pour over dry ingredients. Sprinkle cinnamon over top and place in oven until top is browned at 350 degrees.
