NUT CRUNCH BARS 
1 box Waverly crackers
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter (can be 1/2 butter and 1/2 butter)
Chopped nuts

Grease 11 x 15 x 2 pan. Lay crackers in single layer on pan. Melt sugar and butter together in saucepan. Be sure sugar is dissolved. Immediately pour over crackers, making sure all are covered. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate bits. When melted, spread over all the pan and sprinkle with any kind of chopped nuts. Chill and break or cut into small pieces.
