CRUNCH BARS 
Saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (may substitute butterscotch or butter brickle
chips)

Line a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with foil; cover with saltine crackers and set aside. Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil; boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes; watch, don't overcook. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers. Place in refrigerator when cooled. Break into pieces and store in air-tight container.
