ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
2 to 3 lbs. hamburger meat
1 pkg. (sm.) spaghetti mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
Garlic salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
3 med. zucchini
4 c. Mozzarella
4 c. Monterey Jack

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a frying pan brown the hamburger meat and drain off grease. Add spaghetti mix, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, garlic salt and pepper; mix well.

In a 9x13 inch pan take your zucchini and slice in thin strips and put one layer of zucchini in pan and put spaghetti mixture on top of zucchini. Then put your Mozzarella cheese and another layer of zucchini and then on top put your Monterey Jack. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
