CRISPY STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
18-25 lg. mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite)
1 tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 tbsp. minced fresh onion
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. crumbled bacon (3 slices)

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Pat mushrooms dry. Mix cream cheese with milk and Worcestershire until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill mushrooms with 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture. Cook in microwave oven 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until done on high. These may also be done in the regular oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
