TACO CHICKEN 
1 bag taco chips
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes & green chilies
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken & rice soup

Crush taco chips in bowl. Place layer of chips in bottom of greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle layer of chicken over chips. Pour several spoonfuls soup over chicken layer. Sprinkle layer of cheese. Pour several spoonfuls tomato and green chilies over cheese layer. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Top casserole with cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking. It freezes well before and after baking, 4-6 servings.
