1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 med. onion, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 c. boned, cooked chicken
Sharp cheddar cheese
Doritos

Bring to boil everything but the cheese and Doritos. Simmer for a few minutes until everything mixed. In a greased casserole, put a layer of broken Doritos. Pour a layer of the above boiled sauce over the Doritos, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers. Top last layer of cheese with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles about 20 minutes. Can be fixed ahead and refrigerated. Take out of refrigerator an hour before baking and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
