TACO CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 bags Doritos
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cheese, grated
1 sm. onion

Boil chicken and debone. Crush 1 bag of Doritos and layer in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baker's pan. Layer chicken on top of Doritos. Make sauce and pour over chicken. Crush 2nd bag of Doritos and layer on top of sauce. Grate cheese and layer on top of Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.

SAUCE:

To make sauce melt butter and saute a small onion in it. Then add one cup of chicken broth, the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until it thickens.
