TAMMIE'S EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. shrimp or pork, chopped sm.
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. cabbage, chopped
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Salt & oil

In wok or large saucepan (electric skillet works great), preheat 1/4 cup oil, saute garlic and onion. Add meat. Salt to taste. Cook until meat is done then add cabbage and stir. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Cover and let cook in own juice stirring now and then. Don't over cook. Drain and cool. Wrap in egg roll wraps. Fry in preheated oil.
