HAM CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. loose pack frozen green beans
1 1/2 c. frozen crinkle carrots (or fresh cooked carrots)
2 c. diced ham
1/3 c. milk
1 can cream of celery or cream of broccoli soup
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. dry crushed basil or thyme
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. croutons
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions. Last 5 minutes, throw in frozen vegetables. Drain; put all ingredients, except croutons) in casserole. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and add croutons (which have been tossed in melted butter) on top. Return to oven, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
