WORKING MOM'S BREAD 
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. warm water
5 lbs. flour

Mix eggs, Crisco, sugar, salt and mashed potatoes until well blended. Add one quart of warm water to mixture. On top of mixture add 2 packages of yeast and let set in warm place for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Then add flour and refrigerate. Let rise when you are ready to use. Knead remaining amount and refrigerate until ready to use again. Good for 1 week. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
