GOULASH 
4 oz. elbow macaroni (1 c.)
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion (1/2 c.)
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes with juice
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown ground chuck with onion and celery; drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes longer. Add the cooked macaroni to meat mixture, stir and serve. May add a jar of mushrooms. Serves 4.
