1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 head lettuce
4-6 tomatoes
1 can ripe olives (chopped)
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (6 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 lg. bag reg. flavored Dorito chips

Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning according to directions. Set aside to cool.

Prepare other ingredients. Mix well and add cooled ground beef mixture. Pour Italian dressing over all. Mix. Just before serving, crush up Doritos and mix into salad.
