GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Graham crackers
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Bring butter and brown sugar to boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Lay graham crackers in two jelly roll pans or on cookie sheets with sides on it. Spoon mixture over the graham crackers. Sprinkle nuts over this. Bake at 325 degrees for 4-5 minutes (until bubbly). Remove from pans immediately onto cutting board. Let cool a few minutes before cutting apart. Store in tight container.
