CRISPY OAT COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

1 egg
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal, blended fine
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Shape into one inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

Makes 4-5 dozen.
