2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. med. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. pimento, finely chopped
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Let cheeses come to room temperature, since they need to be soft. Finely chop pimento, onion, and green pepper. Combine cheeses in mixing bowl and beat until creamy and fluffy. Add chopped ingredients. Mix slowly, adding Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

Roll into large ball, then roll in chopped pecans. Wrap tightly in Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
