PRETZEL SALAD 
2 cups crushed pretzels
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2/3 cups melted butter
10-12 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar

Add 3 tablespoons sugar to melted butter. Pour over pretzels and mix until well coated. Turn onto cookie sheet, spreading evenly.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Watch closely. Cool completely.

Once cool, break up pretzel mixture and set aside. Beat together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and pineapple. Fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

Just before serving, stir in the pretzels.
