SMYRNA CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 "roll" Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in melted butter over low heat until tender. Add all ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into buttered large casserole dish. Top with another roll of Ritz crackers (crushed). Dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
