CRABMEAT A LA CAROL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. white crabmeat (no shells please)
2 sm. white onions, finely chopped
Dash of Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter and cream cheese over a very low fire. Mix in crabmeat and other ingredients, keep warm. I like to spice it up with using a little extra Tabasco. This can be served as a dip or in small patty shells.
