BEET SOUP 
1 can condensed mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. julienne beets
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
Diced up potatoes (as much as you want)
Dill, salt, pepper, sour cream

Add together first 5 ingredients and cook about 30-40 minutes. Add salt, pepper, a little dill and potatoes. Cook another 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Put in soup bowls with dab of sour cream and piece of dill.
