1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 qt. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake cake as 4 layers, according to box. Let cool. Boil sugar and water to make light syrup. Add pecans, butter, Pet milk and milk. Cook until thick enough to spread. Add vanilla. Spread filling between layers and on top of cake. Add your favorite chocolate or vanilla icing to sides of cake.
