CINNAMON PECANS 
1 egg white, beaten stiffly
1 tsp. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. pecan halves

Combine water and egg whites (stiffened) and stir lightly. Add sugar and other spices slowly and stir well. Add pecan halves and mix until all are covered completely. Spread butter on cookie sheet and then spread pecan halves (separated) and bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
