CHICKEN CHILI 
2 lg. chicken breasts
Salad oil
2 green peppers, diced
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 (15-19 oz.) cans beans
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) green chilies, drained & diced
1 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Dice and cook chicken in hot oil 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken, saute peppers, onion and garlic. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Cook 1 minute. Add beans and liquid, tomatoes, rest of ingredients. Boil and reduce heat, uncovered 30 minutes.
