CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 eggs
6 oz. Nestle's chocolate bits
3 tbsp. VERY strong coffee
1 tbsp. brandy, rum (or whatever)
3/4 c. (6 oz.) whipping cream

Put above ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate in small dishes and serve with Cool Whip on top. Takes 4 hours to "set" in refrigerator.
