BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/4 c. butter
1 96 oz.) can drained mushrooms
2 cans condensed beef broth
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. sour cream
8 to 10 c. uncooked noodles
3 tsp. butter

Cut meat, sliced thin (2 inches long). Melt butter; saute mushrooms in butter. Remove mushrooms. Brown meat; add broth. Yield: 2/3 cup. Add onion, ketchup, and garlic. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Blend 2/3 cup broth with flour. Stir into meat. Add mushrooms; stir. Heat to boil. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add sour cream. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Toss cooked noodles in 3 teaspoons butter. Mix together. Serves 6.
