CHICKEN CRESCENT SQUARES 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. onion (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls

Use ungreased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, and onion; mix well.

Separate dinner rolls into 4 rectangles; seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle; pull 4 corners of dough to center of mixture. Seal. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4.
