CHILI SAUCE SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. top round steak 1 inch thick
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water, and more as needed
1 bottle chili sauce (Del Monte tastes better)

With meat mallet pound meat to tenderize. Cook onion in hot skillet until tender. Remove from pan. Brown meat on both sides. Reduce heat to low. Add onion, chili sauce, dry mustard, salt and pepper, and the 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check periodically and add more water as needed. This can be baked in a 350 degree oven for about the same length of time.
