MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 cube butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 qts. popped popcorn
1 c. peanuts (opt.)

Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in a large bowl that may be used in the microwave. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from microwave and add soda. Add popcorn and peanuts and mix well. Return to microwave and cook for about two more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
