CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
Cool Whip (lg.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and sugar. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden. Cool.

Mix together 1/2 carton of Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over crust.

Mix pudding and milk. When thick, spread over Cool Whip mixture. Use remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Chill.
