COOL BREEZE GINGER ALE SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon gelatin (3 oz. each)
1 cup boiling water
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate (6 oz.)
2 cups ginger ale
2 cups cantaloupe balls or watermelon balls
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup green grapes; halved

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir in the lemonade concentrate until dissolved.

Add ginger ale. Refrigerate until it has gelled slightly, then fold in the fruit. Rinse a mold in cold water, then pour the gelatin mixture into the mold.

Refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours or overnight).

This makes a wonderful dessert for a hot Summer evening. It also packs well on ice in the cooler for picnics!
