PORK TOMATO PASTA 
5 lbs. boneless pork loin
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 oz. oregano
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lg. can puree
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. salt

Put paste, sauce, puree, and sugar in saucepan and simmer. Cut off all fat from pork and fry in pan until brown, don't burn. Remove fat pieces, fry onion and pepper, chopped, in pork grease. Put in sauce, add oregano. Cut pork into strips 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches and brown with garlic salt, pepper and salt. Add to sauce. Bake in oven 300 degrees for one hour or until pork is tender.
