PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
4 med. potatoes
1 can green beans
Salt and pepper
1 med. onion
4 oz. cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar)
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Brown pork chops, slice onion, wash and slice potatoes. Drain green beans. Slice cheese. Stir milk into mushroom soup.

Spray Pam (or grease) a 3 quart casserole. Place 2 pork chops on bottom; then 1/2 of potatoes; 1/2 green beans; 1/2 onion; 1/2 cheese; 1/2 mushroom mix. Repeat, using rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper as you make layers. Bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours (until meat is tender).
