1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. warm water
5 tbsp. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix flour, soda, salt, sugar and cocoa. Mix water, vinegar and vanilla; pour over dry ingredients in pan; mix well. Bake 40 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees.
