HOT PEPPER AND OLIVES 
1 peck hot peppers
4 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. salt
1/2 head garlic (chopped)
1/8 c. oregano
1 c. salad olives

Cut up peppers in bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients and let stand 8 hours. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
