LIVER PATE | |
8 oz. liverwurst 3 hard boiled eggs 1 small onion, sliced & chopped thin 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. bacon, crumbled Mush liverwurst. Blend all other ingredients except cream cheese. Turn out onto wax paper. Form into 5"x3" rectangle. Cover and chill for 1/2 hour. Spread top and sides with cream cheese. Chill 1/2 hour longer. Serve with crackers. |
