MANDARIN WHIPPED JELLO 
2 sm. pkg. or 1 lg. orange Jello
1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Mix cottage cheese and dry Jello together until smooth. Drain mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple and stir into cottage cheese mixture until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Mold in your favorite Jello mold. Chill.
