1 pkg. cream-filled chocolate cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
Lg. carton Cool Whip
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Break cookies into pieces and place on bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, pudding, milk and vanilla and pour over cookies. Blend several cookies in blender to make dirt; sprinkle on top.
