CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
Pepper and salt
1 can tomatoes

Add rice, egg, salt, salt, pepper, and onion to meat; mix well. Steam cabbage leaves. Add mixture to cabbage leaf in roll fashion. Place in roaster. Pour tomatoes over all and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Makes about 15 rolls.
